Personal Injury/Accident Litigation Services

We have represented many parties injured as a result of the negligence of others and insured that their rights have been protected and that they have been fully compensated for their losses.

The successful litigation of a case is often dependent upon the early intervention of legal counsel and the investigation of the facts and circumstances of the accident soon after it happens. Delay in the preservation of evidence or the identification of witnesses can seriously jeopardize your recovery.

We are prepared to engage in all forms of civil discovery, including depositions, interrogatories and document production requests. This insures that your case is properly investigated so that recoveries are maximized.

We provide representation to injured parties on the following cases:

Important Information If You Are

Involved In An Accident

bullet

Even if you are not at fault,  you must stop if you are involved in an accident and provide both identifying information and insurance information.  Failure to do so is against the law and can result in severe criminal penalties.

bullet

If someone is injured you must render reasonable assistance to that person.

bullet

You should gather information about the accident and witness.  Use this accident form to obtain the necessary information.

bullet

Do not volunteer any information about whose fault the accident was.  Anything you say to the police or the other driver can be used against you later.  Even though you may believe that you are at fault,  you may be wrong or there may be another party who is equally if not more at fault that you are.

bullet

Make sure that the police are called and that an accident report is filled.  Get the officer's badge number, the reporting agency,  and a report number if possible.

bullet

If you are cited,  do not refuse to sign the ticket.

bullet

Seek medical attention right away if you are injured.  Do not delay.  It is important to document your injuries.

bullet

If the damage to any vehicle is more than $500.00 or if anyone is injured, you are required to  report the accident to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

bullet

Do not make any statements, about the accident or your injuries, to investigators or insurance adjusters who may contact you.  These statements may later be used against you in court.  Refer all calls of this nature to your legal representative.

bullet

Take photographs of any damage to your vehicle and of the scene of the accident, if possible.

bullet

Keep a list of all medical professionals that have treated you in connection with your accident.

bullet

Seek legal advise as soon as possible.
